I'm going to upload a few new things, most of which are from my portfolio I took to uni so most of them are A1 in size and are photographed so I apologise for the poor quality as they came out a little fuzzy but once I have some better images of them I'll upload those. Today we had a photo shoot as you can tell from the large amout of photos I've uploaded.
What we had to do was create a 3D 'adornment' piece that we could wear, based on an aspect of the insect we chose to study and draw over the summer.
In my case I chose colour, and the insect I looked at had a shiny green and blue body.

So in the end I made a corset, from newspaper, and attatched all sorts of shiny green paper and green cellophane, and laced at the back with green ribbon. I also made some gloves covered in green gems and sequins with green and blue feathers attached.

The photoshoot was fun, we all had to be told what to do and how to pose like models, we also used all sorts of lighting which turned out great.

Tomorrow, off to yorkshire to a sculpture park to draw
